Who we are
This website is run by Nicole Ziman-Laybel (“Head, Heart & Gut”), Herzliya, Israel. You can reach me at nicole@headheartandgut.org.
What we collect
When you apply for a cohort or take the quiz, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, any message you write, and (for the quiz) your result. We also use basic website statistics to see which pages are visited.
How we use it
To reply to your application, to send you the information you asked for, and to contact you about Head, Heart & Gut programmes. We do not sell your details.
Who sees it
Only Nicole and the service providers needed to run the website and send email (website hosting and email delivery). They process your information only to provide those services.
How long we keep it
For as long as you remain interested in the programme or as the law requires. You can ask us at any time to delete your details.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop receiving messages, by writing to nicole@headheartandgut.org.
